Texas Windstorm Engineers (Texas Engineering License #117419) provides WPI-8 and WPI-8E windstorm certification services, including:

• WPI-8 (ongoing) and WPI-8E (completed) windstorm inspections
• TDI certification documentation and submission support
• Licensed professional engineering consultation
• Permit-ready engineering plans (optional)

3. Quote Requests and Proposals

When you submit a quote request through our website:

• You will receive a personalized proposal via email
• Quote estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions
• Acceptance of proposal constitutes a binding agreement

4. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information and accepting these terms, you consent to receive:

• Email Communications: Quote confirmations, proposal links, service updates, and follow-up messages
• SMS Text Messages (if opted in): Appointment reminders, status updates, and time-sensitive notifications
• Phone Calls: Consultation calls, confirmation calls, and customer support

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of completed certification documents
• We accept online payments, cash, and checks on-site
• Prices include inspection and certification documentation
• Rush service fees are non-refundable

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Inspection appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Rush service appointments require same-day or next-day availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled inspection
• Late cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee

7. Certification Compliance

Our certifications are issued based on Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) standards. The property owner is responsible for ensuring all construction meets applicable building codes and windstorm requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Texas Windstorm Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

All certification documents, reports, and engineering plans remain the property of Texas Windstorm Engineers. Clients receive a license to use documents for the specific property and purpose for which they were created.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
